The Future Of Entrepreneurship (How To Become AI-First)

5 min read

There’s a shift happening right now.

It’s bigger than the internet.

Feels like the start of a wave that’s going to shape the rest of our lives.

I’ve been on a lot of calls with entrepreneurs lately.

And honestly, I’m surprised at how many people aren’t paying attention.

They don’t know what’s happening with AI.

They’re not learning it. Not implementing it.

And I get it. It’s overwhelming. It’s moving fast.

But if you’re an entrepreneur, you can’t afford to ignore this.

You need to be learning AI.

You need to be using it.

And in this letter I'm going to help you understand where to start.

Why Every Entrepreneur Needs To Be Learning AI

AI isn’t just a new tool.

It’s a new way of operating in the world.

And it 100% affects the way you do business.

I made the decision a few months ago to make my business "AI-first".

What this means, is for every operation we're doing in our business, I'm asking myself:

"Can AI do this?"

There's still a lot that AI doesn't do (or doesn't do well)

But you'll be amazed at what it can do.

By becoming AI-first, you'll be able to:

  • Produce more, faster. In a world where everyone can create at scale, you have to keep up.
  • Produce higher quality. AI isn’t a crutch. It’s a way to level up your marketing, your sales, your product and everything else.
  • Reduce costs. AI can replace a lot of junior-level work. You don’t need a huge team. You can outsource a ton of work to AI and keep more profit.

So with that being said, here are the 3 levels of building an AI-first business:

The 3 Levels Of Building An AI-First Business

Let’s break it down.

There are three main areas where you should be using AI in your business:

1. Marketing

This is the most obvious place to start.

Use AI to:

  • Write content, ads, landing pages, and more.
  • Repurpose your ideas into every format—newsletters, carousels, tweets, LinkedIn posts, you name it.
  • Test tons of ad variations, fast. Generate copy and images, see what works.
  • Split test landing pages. Write new ones in minutes.

For example, I take a single newsletter and turn it into a dozen pieces of content across different platforms. AI makes it easy to be everywhere, without losing your voice.

And yes, this is exactly what we built Whisper for.

It writes in your voice, your style, and helps you create all your content—faster, higher quality, and without the generic AI feel.

If you want to join the waitlist, you can do that here. (shameless plug, but it’s worth it)

Pro tip: Use AI to help you create content, not just do it for you. The moment you approach this with a hands-off attitude, your content loses all its soul and becomes generic.

2. Sales

This is where most people are missing out.

You can use AI to manage your entire sales pipeline.

There’s a tool called n8n. It’s like Zapier, but with AI built in.

It allows you to build back-end AI agent workflows that connect to your CRM, client list, or email list.

Ok, that probably sounds like a mouthful. But imagine this:

  • You could have it decide which sales call applicants are worth talking to. Not just becuase they checked "Yes, I have the budget to invest." But by analyzing their language and responses to see if they're a good fit.
  • You could send personalized emails or DMs, on a schedule, with the AI deciding what to say and how to approach each person, based on their past activity with you.
  • You could analyze sales calls and meeting recordings to learn where you could improve your skills, and identify hidden beliefs that you failed to address.

You can build almost anything in N8N.

If you (or someone on your team) isn’t learning this right now, you’re missing out on a huge advantage.

3. Product

This is where things get really interesting.

Use AI to make better products.

  • Use ChatGPT (or similar) to do deep market research. Find product-market fit. Here’s a prompt you can try: “Act as a market research analyst. Based on [my product/idea], what are the top 5 pain points my target audience has? What features would make this a must-have for them?”
  • Brainstorm new product ideas. Use AI to help you come up with better offers. "Based on [my target market], what are 10 product ideas that would be no-brainer offers for them?"
  • Improve your courses, programs, or services. Make them more valuable, more relevant. Ask ChatGPT to analyze them and identify what's missing, or what resources you could add to make them better.

Lastly, consider turning your entire process into an AI tool.

Think about it.

If you help people get a result, instead of them having to go through courses and programs, could you build a tool that does it for them?

That’s why software is so powerful.

It’s like having a done-for-you agency, but at the price of a low-ticket membership.

That’s the reason I built Whisper. Yes, you can learn everything about content creation, but it helps take the load off.

Use ChatGPT to explore software or simple tools you could create

Use Lovable to build out a prototype

If the tool is simple enough, you can even have Lovable build it as a single HTML/JS/CSS file that you can add to an "embed" element on your website or funnel

The Overwhelm Is Real (But You Don’t Have To Do It Alone)

I know this can feel like a lot.

There are a million tools out there.

It’s hard to know where to start.

That’s why I do what I do.

I’ve been deep in tech and development for most of my life. This stuff comes naturally to me.

But I know it doesn’t for everyone.

So I’m here to help you manage the chaos.

To help you learn what matters, and ignore what doesn’t.
