How to Build A 6-Figure Creator Business From ZERO (in 6 Months)

A quick story to start.

A client of mine—a doctor in Philadelphia—went from zero audience to tripling his business in six months.

We're talking "brick and mortar" local business.

He had zero online presence (minus a website and some SEO).

He started with a brand new TikTok account with 0 followers.

And in 6 months, he gained millions of views, thousands of new followers, and tripled his business to almost $10k/mo.

From scratch.

And the best part is, the whole process was very simple.

In today's letter I'm going to break down for you exactly what we did and how you can do it to.

The Simple Content Framework

Most people overcomplicate content.

They think they need the perfect camera, the perfect script, the perfect strategy.

But the truth is, the businesses that win are the ones that keep it simple and consistent.

We're living in the most opportune time in history when it comes to building a business online.

And I don't think it will last forever.

But if you put your head down and dedicate yourself to this for the next 6 months to a year...

I can almost guarantee your life will be in a completely different place.

Let's break it down step by step:

1. Model Viral Content

Social media content is your marketing in 2025.

It's like a 24-7 stream of attention that is automatically flowing to you.

If you're not doing it, you just choosing not to stand in that stream.

It's that simple.

Of course, your content has to be GOOD if you want it to get a lot of views.

But luckily there's easy way to guarantee your content is good.

All you have to do is look at what’s already working in your space.

(This is one of the first things I do with all my clients)

  • Find creators or businesses with a decent+ following
  • Study their "outliers" (content that got more views than average)
  • Identify the hooks, angles, and topics that get attention
  • Make a list of "formats" that are working (short form videos, carousels, b-roll videos, etc.)
  • Make your own version, in your own voice

This should go without saying, but don't flat out copy their stuff.

Analyze WHY it worked, and use that as a framework.

2. Batch and Schedule

Consistency beats intensity. Every day of the week.

  • Find 20–30 content ideas from other creators at the start of each month.
  • Do one shoot day and record all of them.
  • Put a "title hook" on each one (a caption at the beginning of the video that grabs attention)
  • Schedule your posts so you’re showing up every day, even when life gets busy.

If you do this right, you'll start seeing videos popping off within the first month or 2.

And then it just scales exponentially from there.

The best creators aren’t always the most creative. They’re the most consistent.

3. Engage and Listen

Your audience will tell you what they want—if you pay attention.

As you start to grow and get engagement:

  • Reply to comments and questions.
  • Turn audience questions into new content.
  • Use reaction videos, comment replies, or Q&As to keep the conversation going.

The more you engage, the more ideas you’ll have. The more trust you’ll build.

4. Repost your content often

Don’t be afraid to reuse what works.

  • Repost your best-performing content for new followers.
  • Take your old videos and just redo them
  • When something works, do a bunch more of it

Most people think they need to reinvent themselves every week.

The truth is, repetition builds recognition.

Pro tip: After about 3 months of posting, start doubling up your content to 2x a day. One new video and one old video every day. You will instantly double your reach.

5. Build Your List

Social media is just the start.

If you build your entire business on social without building a list, you're building on a poor foundation.

Use social media for reach, and get people to your email list.

  • Create a simple free resource that solves a real problem for your audience.
  • Build a simple opt in page where people give you their email address in exchange for the item.
  • Put the link in your bio, your content, and your replies.
  • Use Manychat (on Instagram) to automatically DM it to people who comment a keyword.

This way you're constantly building your list with new people who you can engage with long term.

6. Nurture With a Newsletter

Once people are on your list, keep showing up.

  • Send a weekly newsletter with your best ideas, tips, or stories.
  • Repurpose your top content into written form.
  • Make it valuable enough that people look forward to it.

This is how you build a relationship that lasts.

7. Layer On Products

As your audience grows, so does your opportunity.

  • Start with a simple offer—a one-on-one coaching retainer or a one time event.
  • Listen to what your audience asks for.
  • Build a product ladder over time, from free to paid, low-ticket to high-ticket.

Start putting invitations in your content and newsletters to check out the product.

It's not about doing a huge launch every month.

It's just sending a consistent stream of traffic to your offers.

The Real Secret

It sounds amazing to say "hey, we did this in 6 months."

But the reality is, when you're in it, 6 months feels like a long time.

I see so many people try for a few weeks, don’t see results, and give up.

But building a real business takes time.

Six months from now, you could be in a completely different place.

A year from now, you could be living your dream.

And let's be real, one year is NOT that long.

If you're curious about what your business could look like 6 months from now, and you want my help showing you exactly what to do...
